Shannon Dolier was the commanding officer of the Fourth Oriente Hussars as of 3085.[1]

Colonel Dolier, serving with the Fourth Oriente Hussars, was stationed on Les Halles in 3085.[1] Dolier shared the Fourth Hussars' dislike of Thomas Halas and the Fusiliers of Oriente and, upon receiving the order to relocate to Les Halles from Maritgues, notably exemplified the Fourth's disrespect by remarking "What, can't Tom's running dogs in the Fusiliers handle their own affairs?"[2]
