As of 3061 the Lola III-class destroyer CSR Spur was a WarShip within the Clan Snow Raven touman, one of five WarShips that made up the Snow Raven Swift Wing Naval Assault Star.[1] The Spur continued to serve in the Swift Wing Naval Assault Star throughout the 3060s alongside the McKenna-class battleship CSR James McKenna, the Cameron-class battlecruiser CSR Blizzard, the Sovetskii Soyuz-class heavy cruiser CSR White Cloud and the Aegis-class heavy cruiser CSR White Terror.[2]
The Spur would serve in the Swift Wing Naval Assault Star until 5th of January 3069.[3] The White Cloud had been destroyed two years earlier by the Draconis Combine,[2] and it was on the 5th of January 3069 that the Spur and the other three remaining WarShips in the Star were destroyed in the Ramora system of the Outworlds Alliance.[3]
The Spur took heavy damage from multiple missile hits inflicted by a Mule-class Pocket WarShip or Q-ship, despite returning fire against the Mule and attempting evasive maneuvers. Unlike the Blizzard and the White Terror, multiple lifeboats were launched by the crew of the White Spur after the vessel had suffered catastrophic damage to the front of the ship and the bridge.[3][4]
The terrorists who destroyed the Swift Wing Naval Assault Star were either from or backed by the Word of Blake, but used Draconis Combine vessels and tactics when they destroyed the Snow Raven WarShips.[4]
