Effectiveness percentages are weird.

In the Composition section, we have weird percentages. Should the boldfaced numbers be converted to 41% and 63%?

2786 - 2821

9th Rangers (Regiment/Regular/Reliable) Note: At this point in time the medium-weight unit was stationed on Algorab. In 2821 the command was reduced to 0,40999999999999998 percent of its strength and was deployed on Kalidasa. [2]

I would think they should be expressed as 41% and 63% normally, so I am not sure why anybody would do it the way it has been done.--Dmon (talk) 12:07, 14 September 2021 (EDT)
