"Demi" means "half" in French according to Wikipedia, so IF FASA/Com-Star is accurate, 2 Demis = 1 C-Bill = USD$8.69* (YR2014) = 1 Demi = USD$4.345, and what exactly 1 C-Bill will get you in Com-Star terms is under "Hyperpulse Generator" (2nd Ed. p.152).

"Demi" means "half" in French according to Wikipedia, so IF FASA/Com-Star is accurate, 2 Demis = 1 C-Bill = USD$8.69* (YR2014) = 1 Demi = USD$4.345, and what exactly 1 C-Bill will get you in Com-Star terms is under "Hyperpulse Generator" (2nd Ed. p.152).
