Kai and Danai

Her article says Kai was apparently impressed with her fighting on Solaris and so gave his mech to her. But she was 5 when he died. So was she fighting on Solaris at age 5?

No, she went she was older. She was recalled from Solaris at time of the Cappellan Incursion to the Republic in 3134-3135.-- Wrangler 22:04, 26 December 2010 (UTC)

Her listed DoB seems consistent with the novels. If I may be so bold : At the time a lot of the DA stuff was written, much of the Jihad/post-Jihad events, i.e. Kai's death, was being treated as vague and ambiguous. No doubt the DA writers thought his death would be listed much later. That seems the likely culprit for the discrepency. ClanWolverine101 01:07, 27 December 2010 (UTC)

I need Principles of Desolation, and Sword of Sedition, to a get real birthdate. It should mentioned it. REMEMBER. Dossiers are canon, but suspect as far as Catayst goes. I asked question regarding related to the dossiers, they said it subject to change. This article's birthdate note is from the dossier. She received the 'mech when she was five years old by the way, not older. Kai help raise her for a year then left, she has fond memories of that. Mech was in storage for long time. I will say that once June 6th comes and goes I will be able to add some information for the relationship between these two from Era Report: 3145. I haven't looked hard at Era Report: 3145 lately, i don't know much of change from the MWDA Novels its going to imposed. I get the impression that that alot was re-configured to match with what they want to do with Dark Age storyline.
