Duke Ricol
The concept of Duchy in the Draconis Combine, the particular Duchy of Rasalhague (and/or the Rasalhague Military District), and how Duke Ricol fit in, is... convoluted. I've run into a couple of apparent contradictions during my research for the the article about Ricol and his history. Most of what I found is in the Hassid Ricol article. The planetary ruler (the position that is otherwise called Duke in the Combine) was Ottar Sjovold, but his position was called "Jarl of Rasalhague". Frabby (talk) 07:26, 20 March 2019 (EDT)
