Armament[edit]

"..that never runs out of ammunition." I always thought that battle armor weapons did not benefit from infinite ammo, that their lasers needed ammunition like any other weapon they carry. I may be wrong, but I'm fairly sure this is the case for BA. Haruspex 07:35, 2 March 2008 (CST)

Hmm it's an interesting question. I always fought energy weapons would always benefit infinite ammo but indeed the armor size, far different from battlemechs, may restrict this benefit. For my own, I used to swarm with elementals so I never ask the question. --FIVE-one 08:07, 2 March 2008 (CST)
In Classic BattleTech play, the only thing on battle armor that is restricted by ammo is missiles. Not even ballistic weapons have to worry about it. In the RPG, everything has limited ammunition or energy to draw from (in the case of energy weapons). --Scaletail 08:33, 2 March 2008 (CST)
That makes sense I guess. I imagine that it's very tedious to keep track of battle armor ammunition in large games. Haruspex 08:50, 2 March 2008 (CST)
You can't know how hard it is for large battle with 'Mechs. If there are battle armor to deal with, it becomes awful... --FIVE-one 15:45, 2 March 2008 (CST)
