ok, rewrote Political section and consolidated. So far so good. Then accidentally over wrote wrong section along with the one I was doing, so undid my bad and fixed the part I wanted to originally fix. All in all not too bad a night.

Added references section and bibliography sections as well as references from 20 Year Update where most of the original text is from. Am going to complete rewrite and see if I can update with information from Draconis Combine, Inner Sphere and possibly Invading Clans sources among others I am researching. Article Purpose

I feel the direction and purpose of the article should be reviewed, ideally it should only cover the history of the FRR (Inner Sphere (sourcebook) has the best overview all the way back to the Combine take-over of the region) and the sections detailing the government, economy could be used to help bulk out incredibly weak Free Rasalhague Republic article, and the KunsArme sections are large repeated on the KungsArme page.Cyc 21:29, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

I was actually considering that as I was doing some of the work in re-writting this article. We could tighten up the focus of the article considerably and move the other portions to the relevant pages as you specified above. Perhaps an brief overview with link would work in place of a complete section on Politics, Government, KungsArme and Economy. If this is would work for you all that would be great.

Perhaps focus this article on inception through the Combine era ending with the creation of the FRR would work? Wookiebear 21:49, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

The content of this article was taken wholesale from a sourcebook and made its way here. I think the best bet would be to blank the page and start from scratch with only "historical" information. Have continued to re-write the sections of this article to clear the plagiarism. Am planning on hopefully getting this aspect of the process done this weekend and getting the references in at the same time. I am more than willing to work towards a merge of articles as needed to strengthen all and will do what I can to help Wookiebear 19:56, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

Re-write of current article is complete and the plagiarism tag has been removed. The article still needs to be updated past the 20 Year Update source of most of the content but it is a start. If it is still the desire of the community to merge this with the other Rasalhague articles I am willing to work towards this goal, but do not at this time have some of the sources needed to bring them up to snuff. For what it's worth, I fully support the merger of this article into Free Rasalhague Republic. Articles like this one should not be created in the first place, wonder why that was done. Frabby 16:43, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Article Merge (?)

Ok, from above it looks like this article should be mined for information to upgrade both the KungsArme and the base Free Rasalhague Republic articles. I propose that the KungsArme sections be moved to that article and massaged to fit and the same be done with the FRR sections. The FRR would then need a brief on the army with link pointing to the more complete article. At that time this article could be removed and a redirect pointing to the FRR article created. The main reason for doing it this way in my opinion is that there is not enough real information to support both a complete FRR and a History of FRR articles. So, what do you all think ? This article will probably need to be maintained, but only with the "historical" information, though perhaps that would be dependent on the amount of content. FRR should cover governance, politics, demographics, foreign relations, etc. Other than that, I like it.--Scaletail 19:27, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
