Planet Identification

It was identified after the release of Historical: Liberation of Terra Volume 1 (H:LOTv1) that in addition to a planet named Bayeux in the Anjin Muerto Combat Region already identified from maps in Handbook: House Davion a second planet named Bayeux had been placed on the map of the Inner Sphere as of 2765 on page 11 of HLOTv1, in the Point Barrow Combat Region. This was queried via the Ask The Writers forum and confirmed to be an error:

The second Bayeux in Point Barrows region is likewise also an error. It will probably be renamed to something like Diediediediedieidiediedie or similarly fitting.

When Era Report: 2750 was released it contained a map of the Inner Sphere as at 2750 on pages 36 and 37; on this map, the planet Bayeux located in the Anjin Muerto Combat Region had been renamed Kaufermann, which was inconsistent with Handbook: House Davion. This was reported as a possible error via the Ask The Writers forum but received no response.

Subsequently, Field Manual: SLDF was released, which contained a number of maps of sections of the Inner Sphere in colour as of 2764. In this product the Bayeux located in the Point Barrow Combat Region had been renamed Kaufermann, while the planet Kaufermann - formerly Bayeux - in the Anjin Muerto Combat Region had been renamed Bayeux once more. As the most recent map published of the region during the Star League era it has been assumed that these details are correct and override those in the earlier H:LoTV1 and ER:2750.
