Misspelling?

Fairly certain that this system is misspelled, and should be "New Haiti" (like it is spelled in the Wolf's Dragoons sourcebook, p. 11). The Inner Sphere Atlas also spells it as New Hati, but that is not surprising considering this wiki's system data is based off their database. Frabby 18:45, 8 October 2009 (UTC)

I think you're right. Nonetheless, Shattered Sphere also lists it as "New Hati" on page 114. I can't think of a more recent map with all the worlds of the Tortuga Dominions in it. --Scaletail 02:26, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

The 3130 map pdf that Øystein put up for free is detailed. It includes world of Tortuga Dominions. New Hati is listed among the worlds. -- Wrangler 11:20, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

Good finds everyone! So this seems to be a case of ambiguity... however the Tortuga worlds are all obviously named with caribbean themes. Will raise the issue on the CBT forum, hopefully Øystein can elaborate (or alternatively, hopefully TPTB can give a straight answer). Frabby 11:47, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

Revisiting this, Oystein essentially said that while the original name in fact was New Haiti, FASA sort of canonized their own misspelling and I take it New Hati is the new official/canonical name of the system. A redirect and a note in the article may be in order. Frabby 00:47, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
