This design was used at one time; however, a protracted leal dispute with Harmony Gold USA and Palladium Books which FASA eventually lost led to it's removal. Merge?

This was listed for Merge by User:XanKortal(Taco). It looks like RG:IC 21 canonizes the Ostroc Mk II. I am neutral on this question: on the one hand, we would normally fold it in. On the other hand, this is something with a history going back to the mid-1980's, and one of the Unseen. I say "neutral" more because I don't want this to be pro forma: we should at least briefly discuss before we merge, to be sure we haven't missed some important issue.--Talvin (talk) 08:53, 18 May 2022 (EDT)

As the original creator of this article I agree that the article should be merged into the Ostroc article. The subject has now canonically been established as a variant of the Ostroc, not a distinc 'Mech. Frabby (talk) 10:06, 18 May 2022 (EDT)

As a contribution hopefully for something good, we should try to not loose all this valid info here: the image, its origin and the "original" sheet of the mech. I mean, this should be for me a bit more than the typical variant of a mech; even adding comments on the Canonicity and how RG:IC 21 has changed this. I'd suggest adding a "MK II/TCI Model Kit" (or similar) section to the Ostroc page. The majority of this article could be moved there.--Cache (talk) 11:23, 18 May 2022 (EDT)
