Redirection[edit]

This article is badly redirected from Pinot request. Indeed the Pinto is a "lost" warship featured in TRO : 3057 revised. Can anyone fix this please ? --FIVE-one 04:11, 2 May 2008 (CDT)

Fixed it from the source : changed the TRO direction --FIVE-one 04:15, 2 May 2008 (CDT)

Dragoons?[edit]

Actually, I'm having trouble finding in the two provided refs that this is a Dragoon vehicle. It is a verified ComStar/WOB vehicle, but I don't think it qualifies for the Wolfs, unless a ref has it spotted with them. Can you please verify, Count.Zero?

I think one of us is confused (probably me, since I am the new guy.) I added the Pinto to the dragoon vehicles category based on its mission type in the article. Looking at the other vehicles in that category makes me believe that is the intended use of the category. Your post gives me the impression that that category is for vehicles used by Wolf's Dragoons. If the latter is correct then I think that the category name needs to be clarified. If the former is correct then I believe that it should indeed be in the dragoon category. T.R.3060 states "Currently, both Com Guard and Explorer Corps forces use the swift, well-protected rotor-blade craft as an attack VTOL." This along with its stats being similar to a slightly heavier Mantis put it into the category of dragoon/cavalry vehicle. As I said before if the Dragoon Combat Vehicles category is meant for vehicles used by the unit Wolf's Dragoons I was definitely in the wrong and this vehicle should be removed from this category. --Count.Zero 18:08, 26 June 2009 (PDT)
Belay my last, Count.Zero. I think you're right. Your description of 'dragoon' as synonymous with 'cavalry' appears to be what Scaletail intended. Indeed, if this meant to cover Wolf Dragoon vehicles, the word 'Wolf' should have been required.--Revanche (talk|contribs) 22:44, 26 June 2009 (PDT)
