Technology Level[edit]
The Technology level of the 21st Century it Tech level C in BattleTech per Total Warfare and TechManual. For the most part, while individual worlds may have fallen to 21st Century Technology the Technology level of the Innersphere as a whole only fell to the technology of the Age of War, or Tech level D... or 25th Century technology.--Cameron 22:58, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
- Closer to 27th century technology, actually. Pulse and ER Lasers didn't disappear until 2950, UAC/5 until 2915. It was a fairly fast decline that steadily grew slower.
- They still had DHS, XL Engines, Gauss Rifles until the end, for example. Endo-Steel and Streak SRMs until halfway through, ERPPCs disappeared close to the end. So the level of technology wasn't nearly as bad as people try to make it. Onisuzume 09:33, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
- Ain't that the truth... makes good hyperbole though :ohplease: --Cameron 15:50, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
