Publication Date of German Editions[edit]
Sources differ on whether the publication date for the German edition is 1999 or 2000. Deutsche Nationalbibliothek Catalog reports it as 1999, yet various book sellers, e.g. Amazon and ZVAB report it as 2000, with Amazon indicating January 1, 2000. (Note: Spam blocker is preventing me from adding the links.) Another used book seller gives 1999. So publication seems to fall right at the turn of the year.
