Reputation

The Sovetskii Soyuz class has been a subject of criticism for many BattleTech fans. I've moved this comment out of the notes page of the article and into the talk page - I don't think we can give an unsigned, uncited comment enough credibility to make it a part of the main article. To have the comment moved back into the notes page, it really needs to be posted by a named account and to be able to link to examples of this criticism - otherwise, it could be nothing more than the opinion of a single anonymous editor.
