Talk:Technical Readout: 3145

Noting the original sources

I'm breaking with tradition on this article because CGL has broken somewhat in tradition with how print and PDF materials are handled, in regards to the TRO:3145 series. Before this series, you could buy both the print and PDF versions of a product and therefore a reader could refer to either source. When PDF-only products were released, it was understood that an entry could only be found in that PDF product, unless a combined print product was released. In this case, the print version of the TRO:3145 series does not include everything that was previously released in 'soft copy', so I've thought that -as Sarna is primarily a resource aid- it would be helpful to indicate where this product was lacking in articles and, on the associated PDF articles, what materials were re-printed. Because product pages don't use a References section, the citation code seems to be the best method of indicating the cross-over, short of creating a section-committed list of re-printed items.--Revanche (talk|contribs) 07:24, 14 October 2013 (PDT)
