Talk:Wolf Empire

With the moratorium coming close to an end this Thursday, I am wanting to ask a question about what people think should be done with this Wolf Empire change from Clan Wolf. The Era Report: 3145 book states that on 1 January, 3142 they officially changed their name to the Wolf Empire. Should we create a whole separate page for them like the Clan Sea Fox/Clan Diamond Shark name change be created, or should it just be referenced on the Clan Wolf page as another sub-point about their name change. I understand the other name changed like the Clan Snow Raven to create the Raven Alliance because they merged with the Inner Sphere just like the Clan Ghost Bear. I am in favor of separate articles. Otherwise we'll have to deal with FOUR Clan Wolfs: The original, Phelan's CWiE, Vlad's Crusader Wolves, and now the Wolf Empire that evolved out of Vlad's Crusaders. This is all too much. Yes, separate is my vote. ClanWolverine101 (talk) 05:57, 4 June 2013 (PDT)

I'm in favour of seperate articles as well. While some groups were around as a temporary writer's device (Clan Jade Wolf as an example) the Wolf Empire is basically a new nation that happens to include what was the old Clan Wolf. I'd argue that the Wolf Empire, Imperio Escorpion, Raven Alliance and Rasalhague Dominion all need their own pages - if it turns out that they vanish shortly in the timeline, then so be it, but I think it's a tidier solution at the moment.
