Tauken Weapons Systems was a pre-Succession Wars era corporation that was later bought and became Johnston Industries.

Overview

Addicks was home to Tauken Weapons Systems during the Star League era. They specialized in armored vehicles, atmospheric fighter craft, and personal weapons.

Following the end of the Amaris Civil War, the owners of Tauken Weapons Systems were indicted for colluding with the Amaris government and the company was subsequently put up for auction. The wealthy Federated Suns-based Johnston family would purchase the company, knowing full well that the planet would be hotly contested in the upcoming war.
