- 02 September 2012: MediaWiki Upgraded (Nicjansma)
- We've upgraded the software that drives BattleTechWiki, MediaWiki, to 1.19.2. Let me know if you see any problems.
- 11 September 2012: BattleTechWiki 6th Anniversary (Nicjansma)
- It's been six years since Sarna.net changed from a random collection of BattleTech resources I had put together over time into the BattleTechWiki we know today. Thanks to everyone who has visited or contributed since!
- 13 July 2012: Spambot account deletion (Frabby)
- We're being flooded by spambots. As a consequence, new accounts are deleted en masse if the user name follows a suspect pattern or has no connection to BattleTech.
- If your account was accidentially deleted in the process, then I apologize. To avoid being mistaken for a spambot, new users should immediately edit their user page with a meaningful message, indicating that they are a "real" user.
- 15 March 2012: Page Ratings (Nicjansma)
- We've added an article feedback extension (on a trial basis) for the site, the same one that you see on Wikipedia pages. Update (21 March): The survey has been modified to meet the BTW standards. Your feedback on articles is appreciated.
- 1 March 2012: Mobile (Nicjansma)
- We've added a mobile version of Sarna.net at http://m.sarna.net, though it's still in testing. Let us know what you think. Also, feel free to follow @SarnaNet on Twitter for news updates.
