The Rise and Fall of the Star League was a book written by D.H. Rand and published in 2989 by Tharkad Press. The only available passage of the title, "Those Who Stayed Behind", details the general fates of various units of the Star League Defense Force that did not join General Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus, as influenced by both the General's decision and pressure from the Successor States.[1]
