Trevor Chan was a Major General in the Star League Defense Force.

He rose to the commanding post of the 118th Mechanized Infantry Division in 2764.[1]
When in 2763 General Mohammed Nagenda, the commanding officer of the XXX Corps was promoted and posted out of XXX Corps to command the SLDF Eleventh Army, his replacement, Erwin Moeller, was promoted from within XXX Corps, leading to a chain of promotions to fill the various empty posts; the process led to two of the divisional commanders within XXX Corps being left resentful and disgruntled over Moeller's promotion, each feeling that they were a better candidate for the Corps command post. Fortunately, Moeller was able to rely on his direct command staff, who were left largely unchanged after his promotion and who continued to pick up a substantial share of the workload as Moeller learned the intricacies and responsibilities of his new post.[2]
Chiana Barclays and Trevor Chan were those Major Generals, although Barclay was actively working to overcome her resentment by 2764, unlike Chan. This was a shocking change from commanders who celebrated their sister divisions for sharing the same number for almost a decade. Chan's actions had divided the 118th Mechanized Infantry Division so badly that it was almost unready for combat. Chan refused to follow orders from General Moeller, with the claim that his unit was incapable, the message wasn't received or that there was a misunderstanding. Moeller had tried to remove Chan from command, but JAG Command has yet to act on the request for a court martial.[2][1]
