Ullan Brian was the commanding officer of the Seventy-sixth Division of ComStar's Fifth Army as of 3062.[2]

Precentor VIII Brian, serving with the Seventy-sixth Division, was headquartered on Sian in 3062.[2] After the unit was forced off of Sian by the growing influence of the Word of Blake, Brian continued to command the Seventy-sixth from Zurich by 3067 as Precentor XIII.[1]
