Character History
Urgur Toch (b. ???? - d. ????) was a member of the Rim Worlds Navy during the Star League era. Toch had reached the rank of Captain and was in command of a WarShip when Stefan Amaris launched Operation APOTHEOSIS. Toch was given responsibility for securing one of the jump points near the important Terran Hegemony world of Dieron, while fellow Rim Worlds Navy officer Yrorran Garcil secured the other jump point.[1]
Toch's part of APOTHEOSIS went flawlessly; unfortunately, due to error or incompetence the ground campaign for Dieron went badly wrong, leaving Dieron with a resistance movement consisting of tens of thousands of former or serving SLDF personnel.[1]
