System History

Reunification War

Valasha didn't attract significant attention from the Star League and Draconis Combine forces during Operation UNION HOLD, the five-year campaign from 2581 to 2585 intended to forcibly incorporate the Outworlds Alliance into the Star League. Many Alliance worlds were subject to damaging raids by Star League forces, acting under orders from the Outworlds Alliance Task Force commander, General Amos Forlough, to defeat the will and means of the Alliance to resist by targeting towns, cities and infrastructure on worlds across the Alliance. Valasha may well have been a target for such a raid as well, except for the pivotal battle now known as the Day of Vengeance fought on the nearby mining world of Tellman IV, which stopped the Star League raids indefinitely.[41] After the Treaty of Cerberus came into effect on the 1st of August 2585, Valasha remained a member of the Outworlds Alliance.[5][6][42]

Reign of the Star League

Valasha was known as a rich mining world with heavy metals. The presence of which aided the civilian fission power plants produced on world.[43]
