Lieutenant Victoria "Chopper" Cheyne was the commander of Aerial Recon Squadron, Combined Arms Company, Special Recon Group of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3030.[1]

Cheyne was short and pretty, with a soft voice, which contrasted with her uncompromising nature. She loved aerial operations, for its speed and freedom, despite the dangers involved.
She successfully provided highly important recon data on Quentin, when the Dragoons raided that Federated Suns world while in Draconis Combine employ in June 3023.[1]
