White Noise Generator

Description

A White Noise Generator prevents noise from disturbing individuals within a five-meter radius of the device and simultaneously prevents individuals outside its area of effect from hearing what is spoken within. It accomplishes these by registering all sound waves within its effect radius and emitting signals precisely engineered to cancel them out. Individuals conducting their covert meetings under the cover of a white noise generator must be within one meter of each other in order to hear clearly.[1]
