History
The Wildcat was a WarShip of unspecified type. It was destroyed in 2315 shortly before the foundation of the Terran Hegemony, when it was involved in a collision with the warship Yalu. This was put down to navigation error[1] and prompting a eulogy by Admiral James McKenna.[2] McKenna had spontaneously called together all of the major WarShips and Marine troopships of the Alliance Global Militia in mid-2315, immediately before intervening in the civil war on Terra on the 2nd of June 2315.[1]
Note
According to details of the WarShips that have been introduced to canon so far, the Terran Alliance had only produced two classes of WarShip by the time of James McKenna's intervention in the civil war; the Dreadnought-class battleship and the Dart-class light cruiser. This makes it likely, but not certain, that the Wildcat was either a Dreadnought or a Dart-class WarShip.
