The Zacatecoluca system is the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as at 2750 was located in the Chirikof Operational Area of the Crucis March within the Federated Suns.[1]

System Description

The Zacatecoluca system is located near the Niquinohomo and Kaiyuh systems.[1]

System History

The Zacatecoluca system was either colonized or annexed by the Federated Suns during the Star League era[1] or it was an already-inhabited system that gained enough significance during that period to be marked on maps by Inner Sphere nations. Zacatecoluca vanished from maps during the First Succession War as the system had been abandoned, depopulated or both.[2][3]

Zacatecoluca was considered a good example of the diverse range of cultures present within the Federated Suns during the Star League era, as the planet was home to the descendants of obscure societies originating in the Amazon region of Terra.[33]
