Overview: The PackHunter PHR-01 is the sister mech to FOIS PHR-00 how ever unlike the other it houses an ER Med Laser and two R/L 10s giving it a short burst of power but once the R/Ls are gone then the pilot must rely heavly on the ER PPC and its ER Med Lasers. However the PHs are based of the WIE mech but better armoerd and its mix of weapons help to make up for its lack of heavy damage like the clan weapon.
Deployment: So far this mech has only been seen in the FSAFS
Battle History: This mech has seen many battles in the Fed Com CW. This mech with working togather in a Pack had taken Down a king Crab that belonged to McDonald to whom was thought to have been killed by the Super King Crab. However this mech had earned it's respect from all warriors who had faced it. All though many have been salavaged from the battle field thanks to the Light Fusion Engine.
Known Variants: there are two other PackHunters around. The PHR-00 with twin ER Med Lasers and The PHR-02 that had a single med Pls Laser.

OK. Again with the spelling and grammar. PLease, please take the time to run it through MS Word before you post. I am not expecting Shakespearean literature, but the sudden changes in tense, odd capitilization of words and almost complete lack of cohesion makes it very, very difficult to wade through the fluff.
When I write fluff for my units, I flip through a Tech Readout or two to give me layout ideas and to work out what I need to say. Then I run it up on MS Word.
It makes it really difficult to even want to read your posts when you insist on posting like that, Dart.

On to the 'Mech itself, however.
First off, the 'Mech is a real mish-mash of tech bases. RLs are Periphery; Light Engines are Lyran. And the design itself is supposed to be Davion...
Removing the RLs would probably allow you to use a Standard engine, making the 'Mech even more survivable. The ER Mediums are not a bad backup, but I wonder if MASC might not be a better choice- a 7/11/7/14 'Mech with an ER PPC would be a harrowing opponent to face...
Failing that, an ECM Suite or an Active Probe would be good, too.
As far as fluff goes, think about these:
--Why is the AFFS rebuilding a Clan design? --Why is it 5 tons heavier? --What advantages does this design offer over the almost-identical Jackal already deployed in the AFFS?
Yea, verily. Let it be known far and wide that Nightward loathes MW: DA. Indeed, it is with the BURNING ANIMUS OF A THOUSAND SUNS that he doth rage against it with.
