------------------------------------------------------------------------------
==Overview:==
As the Clan Wars came to an end and the changes happening with in the Inner
Sphere powers, civil wars as well as out right invasions of neighboring states
by other states, things seem to be booming for many of the companies that made
weapons and war machines. Olympian Enterprises has entered the market with
their attack helicopter the Athera.

High speed and hard hitting firepower is the key to the success of the the
Athera as marketable attack platform

==Capabilities:==
The Athera has it's main punch from the deadly Mydron Tornado Rotary Autocannon Class 5. It allows for some standoff punch as well as devastating close in hits that can destroy many smaller units in a single pass.

The twin Darnik LasFire 50 ER Medium Lasers are there as back up weapons, they
also add their hitting power to the strafing runs and such that the craft can
provide as fire support to friendly units.

Icarus Light'em Up C³ Slave Unit was selected due to it's well known
reputation as both accurate and it's reliability. This offers many who buy it
the chance to work the Athera into it's forces that use the C3 system without
the need to add it in.

The option to remove it for more ammo is a variant one can purchase.

Hmm, I like it, especially because you could afford a group of them and efficiently swarm the enemy. These could always use more armor, but great job regardless.

Way to expensive for my taste but it is a good design as long as the ammo holds out.

If I was to buy this I would drop the C3 for the extra ammo. That Rotary five will eat up the ammo.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

I was saying that would be the model that I would purchase if I was inclined to buy one.
