One of the first WiGEs ever developed, the Albatross was designed to transport huge amounts of troops to one point. In essence it is a very big, but very expensive APC. The cost of the WiGE is one of the main complaints from buyers, managing to cost more than many assault mechs. The SLDF Royals are even worse about it, costing as much as the much later Clan Mad Cats. Regardless, production picked up later in the succession wars despite their extreme costs since they were easier to build than Mechs, and could be combat dropped along with such mechs.

Where are the heat sinks? Again you have left out items that are important to vehicles and the construction of them for the players.

The heat sinks are accounted for in the final design weight.

They are not listed, thus this violates the rules of construction of vehicles, where as the heat sinks have to be listed.

They are listed. Just not here.

So you posted an incomplete and possible illegal design.

It is complete. I posted the outline of the design, as that is what the export function does.

You posted incomplete date that is not showing things needed for it to show the complete game legal stats. Thus the design posted is not within the guidelines of the constructions rules.

It has been made properly, the thing you are seeing is only an outline which doesn't show where every nut, bolt, and emergency latrine is located.

Either the heat sinks are shown or they are not, thus rendering the posted design out side of the design rules.

They're not shown but they are there. That's all there is to it.

I am having trouble understand why you can't edit the entry by hand and add them in, thus making the vehicle legal and correct. You have told us that you trust your MegaMek designs and yet again it has failed to export the basic requirements for vehicle design. That to me is a flaw and makes the design questionable and the game flawed as well.

No, i'm not going to edit in some heat sinks to the design to show that they are there when they're already put into account by the designer. This is an outline, not a blueprint.

I could say this is why he likes x program. Has the heat dissipation without the actual units. Wouldn't surprise me if it does something stupid like fill up on heat sinks, then pull them out and it doesn't bring down the heat dissipation. I have played more then a few games you can trick the system into things like that.
Honestly, without all the information, it should not be posted. It opens you up to alot of issues with the design.
on a side note, I believe the draconis combine has a mech called the albatross.
