Oh no! Not another enforcer!
Actually, this one does make me think I might use one now. Great fire support without using missiles. Not bad up closer, though still minimum range issues. Just outside, and this becomes a nasty fight. I dislike the less damage for heat of the IS erppc, but the range is always nice.
Now a nitpick. Where are the 2 sinks that the engine doesn't hide, located at? Only reason I ask is the IS uses 3 crits, not two for double sinks. Guessing one right torso, and the other left torso.

Thanks for the feedback And you're correct. One sink LT, other RT. I wanted to have a halfway point between the massive tonnage investment of dual Gauss and the ammo independence of an energy weapon, while still having high damage output. I chose the ERPPC because unlike other Particle weaponry other than a snub nose version. it actually lacks a minimum range. Granted. finding a way to cram in an HPPC with Capacitor was tempting....Also, the Gauss can be fired on the turns the Capacitor is charging, so you have a choice of two 15-point hammerblows of damage at once, or a steady rain of single 15-point hits to wear away enemies even when you're not sure of a shot or think you might need to follow up with a double volley next turn
