Intended as a Spheroid match to the clan-tech "Eviscerator", the "Flying Ontos" is an Ontos, that flies. (hovers.) There is one less laser than a stock Ontos so it can still have a respectable 6.5 tons of Heavy Ferro Fibrous armor. Like the Ontos, this design includes two LRM 5's for long-range and/or indirect fire harassment as it gets into position for a slashing strike with its seven insulated medium lasers.
Laser insulators, ( https://www.sarna.net/wiki/Laser_Insulator ) are an interesting and somewhat obscure bit of SL tech. In the math of vehicle construction, they almost act like a double heat sink, kinda sorta. I.e, one laser insulator weighs .5 tons, but sinks one whole heat point. TacOps states "Units that do not use BattleMech critical hit space treat insulators as part of the weapon itself.", which is good, otherwise the Flying Ontos would be over the item limit. A vehicle with a large number of lighter laser weapons can insulate them and reduce an amount of heat almost as if it was rocking DHS.
Rolling snake-eyes may cause an individual laser to burn out, this is an acceptable tactical risk considering it allows several more lasers to be mounted for the same mass.

I never thought I'd actually see Laser Insulators appear in a build. Kudos!
I hope some other obscure pieces of equipment make an appearance in future builds too.
