Okay I was bored and I started toying around with some ideas for something else, and then I recalled how similar the current story line is to the Amaris Coup and so I took the ideas I had and ran with them.
Please note that these units can either be used to paint the picture blacker and more evil then it is currently is or it can be used as simple fluff for any event you want...if you find that you don't like the ideas then don't use them.
During the peak of the Word of Blake’s efforts to bring enlightenment and punish those who destroyed the one true hope for the Inner Sphere, many units of the Word Of Blake Militia gain a certain notoriety and soon became some of the most feared and hated units of the war.
Inshallah Company: (God’s Will) known for their whole sale slaughter of any town or village that refused to take Blake’s Word as living proof of the depravity and failing of the house lords and their underlings. This unit has been cited in massacres in the southern peninsular region of the North American continent, where they wiped out several rural villages and religious sites after discovering ComGuard stragglers hold up in the region. On several of the worlds “liberated” in the Jihad , the company wiped out numerous towns and estimates puts killings at roughly 100,000 civilians and climbing.
The Inquisitors, a fear and hated and very secret part of the WoB ROM, these 6 man groups handled the routine interrogations and “re-educating” towns and villages and universities into following Blake’s Word and understanding their own failings and “sins” .
Shadow Guard: a special police unit. Who conducts sweeps to bring in all who question the benefits of the WoB and their saving humanity.
Order Police: A special branch of the reorganized Interpol under the Word of Blake. These where the regular members that enforced the orders and polices set up by the leaders of the WoB.
Lictors: a secret police force that acts an internal control on the elite within the WoB. These men and women act in the best interests of the WoB as whole and have destroyed anything that gets’ in their way to keep WoB and Blake’s ideals alive and well.

It almost sounds like Warhammer 40k, what with the Inquisitors and secret police.

With as much resemblance to a religious organization as WoB has, such elements are to be expected. They have to root out the unbelievers.
