==Overview:==
The Storm Guard seeing that a natural evolution of fighters becoming more
dominate in the scence of naval warfare decided that the time was ripe to put
forward their ideas for a carrier design to the test. So two Sovetskii Soyuz
class ships was diverted for redesign and reconstruction by the Storm Guard at
thier base inthe Alpha Centurial system, what emerged from the ship yards a
year later was a ship that while on the outside resembled its sister ships,
was a entilrey different beasty inside. The ships was given the standard SG
AF/AD/AM weapons suite witha slight upgrading in the ships Capitail weapons to
help offset some weak areas in the ships firing arcs. But the major
improvements came about in the increase of the designs speed and the ability
to carry 108 fighters, making this version of the Sovetskii Soyuz one of the
most dangerous ships in its class.
Typicaly each of the carriers are escorted by two Black Lion SGV's and 4 Lola
III SGV's
