I was considering using this to tape off portions I wanted to detail but didn't want the paint spilling over to other parts.

I figured I would just cut of little pieces maybe an 1/8 inch wide or so to stick on and then peel off when I finished. But I'm not sure how it would do on a painted mini.

Any thoughts?

Whoops!

I found out something the other day. There is a (sometimes)blue masking tape that modelers use that's made of plastic that's ideal for minis.

What I was actually refering to was the paperbacked blue masking tape like what someone painting a house would have used and that you can get cheap at Home Depot, etc. But after looking more closely this would not do as well as the tape I mentioned above.

So I'm gonna go with the modelers masking tape.
