Hmm... Perhaps remove the stream SRM for another medium laser. You could use the extra tonnage for more armor or a bigger engine.

Depending on the intended use, dropping the streak to a normal srm2, and the small laser to add in a second srm2 pack might be something.
Then again, trying to get a light probe might be something.
Another is switch over to lrms, though so much ammo might be hazardous, or unnecessary.
Maybe even a tag might work.
Half surprised it isn't an infantry transport. Don't know why.
Honestly, knowing the normal design to use all sinks, Retry's suggestion of a third ml isn't that far off. Armor isn't that bad either, but larger engine might make it unplayable on certain maps. 21 flanks is bad on single maps.
