Good day,i re-discovered this wonderful game after many years, I have 2 PC's in my house,both connected to a router in a LAN , I play in Co-Op with many games with my son,but I can't play with Mechwarrior mercenaries or Vengeance in co-op in campaign or any other mission...simply I'm not able to play in LAN.....I have version Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries MP3.1 v0.93HD .I would like to play all the campaign co-op with my son as a lancemate but I can't do it apparently,I heard there's a mod for this...and I heard that in "Mechwarrior 4 compilation" there's a LAN function to play with a friend all the campaigns in LAN with two PCs connected,can anyone help me? thanks

I never heard about being able to play the campaigns in co-op, so I can't really help you. I've successfully been able to do lots of stuff with instant action LAN, but never saw an option for co-op stuff.
