This mini took on a life of it's own while being painted. I had intended for a black mech with a few red highlights. Somehow, it ended up looking like this. Love it when a completely unplanned paint scheme comes together :-) Attachment (544 downloads)

I like your paint job.

Is this a metal mini? Or is it a plastic one?

Also PHOTOBUCKET is free and you can upload there, then post a link or the files from there to here.

OR you can up load them from your computer to the forum with out if being an attachment.

Also size of the file is important as well.

Very nice detail. Suggest thinning the paints, but I have yet to figure that one out 100% myself. Other wise it looks really good.

Can you tell what paints you used? Brand, any washes or inks etc?

I used Valejo paints:

1. Brass
2.Dark Blue
3.Flat yellow
4.black/ white
6. Flat red
7. Scarlet red
8. basalt grey
9 Flat green (base)
10. Gold

I make my washed by mixing in a little water, I don't buy "premade" washes.

I really like valejo because they come in dropper bottles so they don't dry out and you don't waste any, but their consistency is.....inconsistent lol (some paints really watery some thick) but overall they are great.
