A lot of features required for the BattleTech Wiki website to function correctly seem to be hard-blocked (meaning I cannot manually enable them) by my various web browsers due to the website not using an HTTPS connection. However, any time I try to use HTTPS to connect to Sarna, all I get is a connection error. This also leads to issues when I post a URL from a page on Sarna in another program, and HTTPS gets appended by default on the other user's end or by the program itself.

Please fix this, guys...

That's strange. I use the https site on both my office computer and my smartphone without any problems whatsoever.

Some older weblinks to Sarna, like links embedded into older forum postings, will link to the http site instead of https and this has occasionally caused confusion on my system (like login status).

Sarna supports HTTPS, can you post an image of the connection error you get?

What browser and OS?

I plan on making Sarna HTTPS-only soon.
