For a rapid transit vehicle, 7/11 isn't all that great. The Locust, Spider and a few other mechs would catch it, with the spiders jump being able to do so even in rough or heavy congested areas, like heavy woods. If the Spider wanted to, even catch it in their hands. 
And if this is a military vehicle, I would suggest at least an mg/half ton ammo. Token protection for drops and pick ups.
Other then those observations, it seems reliable.

Well, "Rapid Transit" for ten tons of Cargo anyway. This isn't meant to land in a combat zone. It's more in line with a Support Vehicle and is meant to be a way of supplying logistics quickly and over any terrain. I have a variant with 4x MGs and a half ton of ammo, but I didn't put it up. This was more to test the Design forum on account of an error I keep getting. Apparently Karagin got it too.
