--- This group of 'Mechs all have a quadrupedal leg configuration. There aren't many of these 'Mechs, so decided to give 'em a whirl. Tell me what ya' think, I'll provide a .zip with them in .hmp format.

--- The Tortoise and the Hellhog are a set of 'Mechs which are related to each other. The Tortoise is a 55-ton Cargo Hauler with a Thumper Cannon refit kit from pre-3025, while the Hellhog is a 60-ton 3025 Thumper Cannon 'Mech built from the ground up as an original design, but designed off of the Tortoise.

--- The Supplice, French for "Ordeal", is a 50-Ton LRM Support 'Mech made in 2750. It was built as a way to maximize the usefulness of taking a "hull down" firing position. The Mattock on the other hand is an 85-Ton Arrow IV platform meant to pull double duty as both an Assault 'Mech (by engaging in direct fire of it's Arrow IVs) and in the Artillery role as a Fire Support 'Mech.

--- Finally the NAIS prototypes are where my sensibilities just go right out the window. I slapped the NAIS moniker on it because I was myself experimenting like they did. The results are... well you be the judge. So here they are in no particular order.

--- EDIT: Typo in the stat sheet of the Mattock, the Arrow IVs share critical slots in the Center Torso, 3 per system. The 3025-era of the Tortoise with the Thumper Cannons is NOT a Typo, as the refit utilized the LosTech CASE component IF it was available, to protect what was otherwise a Cargo Hauling BattleMech pressed into combat duty. The Hellhog was developed in response to this, although around 3050 the refit would again be seen on the battlefield.
