There are 5 maps in the Outworlds Alliance historical maps that come up with the name of the maps, but no pictures of the maps. OA.3025 is one such map. Not sure if the pictures they refer to are missing, or named something else.

Digging a little through the article history it turns out the map galleries with the file links (including the broken links) were added in by User:Neuling on 6 February 2014.
According to his contribution logs, Neuling uploaded a large number of image files to Sarna around that time, including numerous maps for various realms at certain points in time. I can only assume from the context that he intended to upload the files in question, but forgot to do it. I (briefly) looked for similarly named files that might be typos when the files were uploaded, but came up empty.
