--- Part of the ongoing rework of my old ships, this re-design addresses a critical flaw in my Helper Class shuttle. The Helper was designed to be a DropShuttle that would be classified as a Spheroid Small Craft that also had a one-hundred ton Cargo Bay. The issue was that the original craft under AeroTech 2 did not have enough thrust under the landing / liftoff rules to actually get off the ground again once it had landed.
--- This design removes the Spare Parts allocation, reduces the Structural Integrity to the bare minimum, ups the movement profile from 1/2 to 3/5 and adds in five tons of Fuel. The design was never intended to have any kind of range to it, other than the amount needed for short back and forth trips between ships or to the planet that it's parent ship was orbiting.
--- I rather like this little shuttle personally, and I must admit even a little proud of it. There is no other Small Craft with this much cargo capacity in the game. 100 Tons is a lot compared to the DropShuttle K1-C, which only has 17 Tons worth! Still, the K1-C has passenger storage, is faster and has more endurance when it comes to Life Support. It has more armor too, and weaponry which the Helper lacks. Still the Helper is a very, very good for trucking things down to the surface or for transferring cargo between ships.
