A technical point that needs to be addressed. The advanced clan weapons weren't made in 2750, so you might want to move the time of this ship being made in the clans, or just keep it to the SL tech level. Or maybe put in the year it was upgraded.

Same could be said about the elementals as well as points not being used at this time.

Other then that, it looks usable.

Just like anything, there is a optimal operating speed, and the all out push the engine to the absolute limits.
Much like emergency speed in Star Trek. It isn't wise to run past a certain speed for any real length of time.
Also, maxiumum speed burns far more fuel when done.
Look up overthrust in the rules.

Ghostrider the default date is set 2750, most won't change that. So again that is a point that is beyond important. If he wants it to be 2750, really who cares?

Safe thrust is just cruising thrust levels. Maximum thrust levels use more fuel and are more likely to induce piloting skill checks.

I just use 2750 because the Clans never had a technological regression, so it's 2750+. Shorthand laziness really, but I don't much care for the Clans. I like Clan Tech, but prefer to pry it from the corpses of dead Clanners. Hence the shorthand. I only specify the date if it is things like Heavy Lasers, Streak LRMs, ATMs or other post-clan Invasion stuff, otherwise I default to 2750.
