The wiki used to have links at the bottom of each page showing what categories the page was a part of. I don't see them any more. Anyone know what happened to them

I don't work on the wiki, but the idea that the site is going thru some upgrades and updates, might have left them out as the links to where the site goes to will be wrong for a while. Entry names are being changed, such as the battle for Wolcott has come up.
Without the major categories being know, it would be a bit difficult to say what goes where. Not sure if they are adding in new categories as well, so there is a potential possibility.
It is also possible, someone forgot to put them in.
One of the Wiki people needs to answer this. I can just give possible things.
Nitpick: This should have been in the wiki section of the board...

Categories seem to work fine for me.
Have you perchance been viewing an article that was not sorted into any categories?

You must be using mobile view. Thats when Category links are hidden or hard to spot. Which is unfortunate.
I'd switch desktop view.
When it hits the fan, make sure your locked, loaded, and ready to go!
