Overview: The DeathBringer was ment as the ultimate raiding mech. with two arm mounted ER pulse Lasers, and plenty of armour and speed to supplement. built exclusivly by the reverse engineers at StarEx.
Capabilities: using two new ER large Pulse Lasers to make sure the pilot has the best chance of hitting the target at the greatest possible ranges. it's menuverablity is by far it's most important asset. reaching speeds of 120 kph. it's use of energy weapons and plenty of armour makes it ideal for extended camaigns.
Deployment: only deployed inside StarEx and a select few mercenary groups for testing.

Okay, a couple of things, listing the actual tonnage of the mech would be a good start because endosteel 2 tons is not going to be noticed like saying it's a 40-ton mech or whatever its weight is. In other words, ALL the data is needed.
Second, while the twin ER LPLs are cool, what are you going to do for secondary weapons to deal with the things you run into on raids, like infantry or tanks or crazy fools running around with infernos, don't laugh they are out there.
The idea is good, just need a bit more info. Also who is using this, like is it meant for the mercenary market or aimed at the Houses militaries? A mix of both?

Also, when it comes to big guns in the arms, a raider should specify whether the hand actuators are present. Ideally a raider's main weapons wouldn't even be in the arms: an "ultimate raiding mech" would have hands (and arms) free to pick up booty and haul it away. Compare to Venom, which pretty much holds the crown for "Pirate's Best Friend": its faster, jumps, both hands are free, and its a little cheaper than yours as well. (And the SDR-9KB variant has an anti-infantry weapon to make it an even more effective raider.) Your mech has a greater punch but as a raider it seems outclassed. Its a decent raider, but I wouldn't call it "ultimate". It seems better destined for routine battlefield duty than raiding given the heavy armor and choice of weaponry. I think Karagin is spot on that one of the ER LPLs (and perhaps some armor) should be swapped out to change it from brawler-type to raider-type.

Gonna say its a 40 ton mech going by 3050 rules, looks about close to the OP. don't have much information on ER X Pulse but the wiki lists it as basically a clan large pulse at 6 tons.
