==Overview:==
The HSR 200-D Hussar is one of the most widely used light recon 'Mechs
within the Star League Defense Forces. With a maximum speed of 151 kph, the
Hussar is a difficult target in a one-on-one fight.

Using this as the template, Newhart Industries took it to the extreme. Taking
best of the Star League tech they had, the combined efforts came out to be the
Zeta variant.

The biggest changes were the use of an Endo Steel frame, and jump jets. This
combined with the use of one of the SLDFs sole high tech weapons, the Snubb
Nose PPC, allowed them to give a scout/raider mech that could give a good
punch and not be cornered by terrain or a supply chain.

Had the chance over the Independence Day weekend to run this mech in a couple of battles. It did very well for me and even better when my buddies ran a couple in our second fight. I could see this a Royal variant that the SLDF would field for Hegemony only Royal units.

Given you rarely have open areas that the ERLL the original uses, can be used to outrange most units, I can see why a PPC version would do better.

It might be interesting to actually try this in battle.
Would be funny to beat a normal atlas with it.
