Mech designers, lend me your knowledge. What mech has 2 x srm 6 (1 in each torso), 2 x ppc or lb10x, ( 1 in each arm, and 2 x medium lasers, small lasers or machine guns ( in each torso). Appreciate the help thanks!

The Thug has the srm/ppc combo, though you might have to drop a ton of armor or a heat sink in order to put in the small lasers.
The Warhammer could be modified to have the dual srm launchers as well.
Now if you are looking for a player made unit, then there may be something in the design section, though I have no idea if any of the older threads has what you are looking for.
