I noticed that Harpoon SRMs, while mentioned in the TechManual, do not have a wiki page. Should we bother writing one?

There is a redirect link to SRM-6 from Harpoon-6.
You could add a redirect from Harpoon I guess, but it seems the articles have already taken a more precise approach.
Or are there other sizes of Harpoon SRM launchers?

I do not know, TechManual does not say, as it refers to Harpoon SRMs as a type of munition and not a model of launcher.
May I send you a private message with what TechManual says about SRM-launched harpoons? I would share it right here, but Article 13 copyright law.

Ok, if we’re talking a munition instead of a launcher then we absolutely need to disambiguate.

According to the wiki, there is a second Harpoon launcher, the Harpoon 4S. From the looks of it, it is an streak SRM 4.
Not sure if this is part of the issue. It probably isn't.
